Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, a certified payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers, and we never see or store them.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel 7+ days before check-in, 50% within 7 days. The full policy is linked in the footer of every page.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible — just ask.
