Bookings

A booking is confirmed when payment is completed through our checkout. You'll receive confirmation by email. Rates are in USD and include all mandatory fees shown at checkout — no hidden charges.

House rules

• No smoking indoors. No parties or events without prior agreement.
• Quiet hours 10pm–8am.
• Pets only where the room listing says so.
• Maximum occupancy per room is as listed — no extra overnight guests without approval.
• Damage beyond normal wear may be charged at cost; we'll document and discuss it with you first.

Cancellation

See our cancellation policy. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Liability

We maintain the property to a safe standard, but guests are responsible for their own belongings and conduct during their stay. [Business name]'s liability is limited to the amount paid for the stay, to the extent permitted by law.
