What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible — just ask before you arrive.
How do I check in?
Self check-in. You'll get clear instructions (door code, parking, wifi) by email before arrival. No front desk, no waiting.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers, and we never see or store them.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before check-in, 50% within 7 days. See the full cancellation policy linked below.
Can I bring pets?
Depends on the room — check the room details. Where pets are welcome, a cleaning fee applies.
Is there parking? Wifi?
Yes to both — free parking and fast wifi in every room. Details per room on the rooms page.
